2015 Thursday Night Drills with the Northfield Tennis Association

Who:                Not suitable for beginners with no tennis experience.  However, the drills are enjoyable for strong beginners, intermediate and advanced level players seeking tennis skill and fitness improvement through non-competitive, mid-to-high intensity drills that focus on stroke and movement repetition.

When:               6:30 - 8:00 p.m. every Thursday starting June 4 until the courts close for the winter.
Where:              Northfield High School Tennis Courts
Fees:                 New this year will be a $5 nightly fee collected at the gate, or the purchase of a one time $50 season pass.

Contact:            Please send ONE initial e-mail to nta411@gmail.com indicating your intent to participate for the summer.  Include "Thursday Night Drills" in the subject line of the e-mail.  An NTA board member will respond to this list of e-mail addresses should the event change from the description given above.

Format:             Players will improve tennis strokes, movement and fitness while participating in focused, purposeful drills.  Advanced instructors/teachers will be participating in these sessions and will disperse advice and offer suggestions when and where it is welcomed by participants

 

2015 Sunday Night Singles for Intermediate and Advanced players

Who:                Advanced (4.0+ USTA rating) players whose "game" and "body" is in shape to enjoy 2 to 3 sets of singles.
When:               6:30 - 8:30 p.m. every Sunday starting June 7 until the courts close for the winter
Where:              High School Tennis Courts

Registration:      No registration or fees required.

Contact:            Please send ONE initial e-mail to nta411@gmail.com indicating your intent to participate for the summer.  Include "Sunday Night Singles" in the subject line of the e-mail.  An NTA board member will respond to this list of e-mail addresses should the event change from the description given above.
